PLANT - Public Library Administrators of North Texas

Public Library Administrators of North Texas (PLANT) is a 501 (c)(6) professional development organization for public library directors in the North Texas area. We are a group of public library directors dedicated to assisting each other toward excellence in the library profession and offering mutual support.

Since its inception in 1965, PLANT has fostered support, communication, and cooperation among the directors of the member libraries, as well as aided in the development of "best practices" solutions to problems affecting public libraries in the region.
